Welcome to SoluTrax. By using our services, software, and platform (“SoluTrax”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business to use SoluTrax. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Use of Services

SoluTrax is designed to help service providers manage their operations, schedule jobs, communicate with clients, track activity, and collect payments. You agree not to use SoluTrax for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Payment Processing

SoluTrax integrates with Stripe to process payments on your behalf. You are required to create a Stripe Connect account to enable payment functionality.

4. Platform Fees

When you accept payments through SoluTrax Pay, we charge a small platform fee in addition to standard Stripe processing fees. These platform fees help support the ongoing development and maintenance of the platform.

• Stripe fees are typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction (subject to Stripe’s terms).
• SoluTrax charges an additional 1% platform fee on each payment processed through SoluTrax Pay.
• Fees are automatically deducted before payout.

By using SoluTrax Pay, you consent to these fees being applied to your transactions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

SoluTrax does not directly issue refunds for services between providers and clients. All refund policies must be clearly communicated by the service provider. Any refund processed through Stripe is subject to applicable Stripe and platform fees.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SoluTrax at any time for violation of these terms or any misuse of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

SoluTrax may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
